Pay Details:
For Locals: $47/hr to $49/hr
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $52.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,080.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $12.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $480.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,600.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $53.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,120.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging
- ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Degree in Nursing – Preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- LTC experience preferred
- Active (LPN) license in HI (or eligible for licensure)
- BLS certification required
