Our close-knit fun-loving team of rockstar housekeepers would LOVE to havesmiling, dependable and consistent face join their ranks!Our team is paid primarily through performance-based commission, and most of our cleaners consistently earn above the standard hourly rate. Our most productive employees make up to about $25.00/hour before tips and mileage reimbursement. We also provide a guaranteed hourly minimum, so as a full-time employee, you’ll never earn less than:
- Weeks 1-2: $16.50/hour or $100/day (whichever is higher) + mileage reimbursement
- Weeks 3-4: $16.50/hour or $110/day or Commission (whichever is higher) + tips + mileage reimbursement
- Months 2-6: $17.00/hour or Commission (whichever is higher) + bonuses + tips + mileage reimbursement
- After 6 months: $18.00/hour or Commission (whichever is higher) + bonuses + tips + mileage reimbursement
Merry Maids also offers a variety of bonuses for Attendance, Google Reviews, Customers Referrals, Customer Conversions and Employee Referrals!And if you are promoted to be a Trainer, there’s even MORE money available to you!
