Are you a passionate clinical leader dedicated to person-centered care? TriSource Staffing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to provide expert clinical leadership within a premier continuing care community.
In this role, you will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical staff and operations across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and resident well-being.
You would be overseeing 2 care buildings, a total of 130 beds in building 1 (skilled nursing facility and assisted living) and 85 beds in building 2 (assisted living).
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 per year + Annual Merit Increase (3–4%) & Annual Bonus Eligibility (Targeting 5–7%)
What You Need
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a healthcare leadership role (e.g., Charge Nurse, Unit Manager).
- Expertise: Strong background in wound care, MDS, infection control, and LTC documentation standards.
- Skills: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office. Must be a strong team player with a passion for senior care.
- Availability: Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Oversight: Manage nursing services across all levels of care, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Quality Improvement: Serve as the campus Infection Preventionist and lead QAPI initiatives, including wound management, fall risk reduction, and pain management.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to Clinical Managers, Wellness Managers, and nursing staff; oversee performance evaluations and recruitment efforts.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in managing the nursing department budget, overseeing staffing needs, and spearheading survey readiness.
- Collaboration: Act as a key member of the leadership team, participating in Utilization Review, Safety Committees, and interdisciplinary quality meetings.
