Personal Trainer (Independent Contractor)

Position Overview
This is not a traditional hourly position. As an Independent Personal Trainer, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule and train clients on your own time while utilizing our facility.
Whether you already have an established client base or are looking to grow one, Just Train provides the environment and opportunity to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
- Create customized workout programs based on client goals
- Motivate and educate clients on proper exercise technique and healthy habits
- Build and maintain your own client relationships
- Maintain a professional and positive training environment
- Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment

Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, AFPA, or equivalent preferred)
- CPR/AED Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for helping clients achieve results
- Experience training individuals or groups is preferred but not required
Compensation
This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is based on the personal training services you provide and clients you work with rather than an hourly wage. Trainers have the flexibility to manage their own schedules and maximize their earning potential.
