What You’ll Do
As a Layout Designer, you’ll create precise, production-ready layouts for awards using design software and Microsoft Excel. You'll work closely with our team to interpret design requirements and ensure every detail meets quality standards. A key part of your role will involve learning and using a proprietary data entry system—we’ll provide full training. You’ll also organize and manage design data, troubleshoot layout issues, and help maintain a smooth production workflow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical design work, is highly detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Need:
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel including text manipulation formulas
- Exceptional proof reading, grammar and spelling skills
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge
- Communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn new computer software
- Capable of adjusting to evolving business needs and priorities.
- Minimum 2 years of college
