Automotive Sales Consultant

We are seeking Sales Consultants who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle from our extensive inventory of new Ford vehicles and quality pre-owned vehicles.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish.
Daily Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers as they arrive on the dealership lot
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations
- Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Follow up with internet leads and online inquiries
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and video
- Create and send personalized vehicle videos to customers
- Contact orphan owners and previous customers through outbound calling campaigns
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
- Gather and organize customer information for financing and deal preparation
- Work closely with the finance department to help facilitate vehicle deliveries
- Stay current on Ford products, dealership promotions, incentives, rebates, and special offers
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing, positive, and professional attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and CRM software
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Automotive experience is helpful but not necessary—we will train the right candidate
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available Monday through Saturday
- Flexible scheduling available
- Dealership is closed on Sundays
