When Aloha Poke Co served its first bowl, our intention was simple; pack fresh and fast bowls full of top-notch, mostly-raw ingredients. Since then APC has been growing quickly and we are looking for hard working people to grow with us!

What we're looking for...
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cash handling and transactions.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven Shift Lead/Management experience with a focus on quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniques.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and training & development.
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices including shift management & inventory control.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Experience in supervising kitchen operations with an understanding of casual dining experiences.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
