Minimum Qualifications (Required to Apply):
Applicants must have a High School Diploma/GED PLUS one of the following:
A) A completed CDA credential (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
OR
B) An Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.

Additionally:
- One or more years of classroom experience is required. (Please make sure your resume is updated and reflects this detail)
- Applications with less than one year of experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age‑appropriate curriculum to engage infants and toddlers in meaningful learning
- Create lesson plans that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children’s progress and needs
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive, supportive classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual child needs
Key Experience Preferred:
- Familiarity with Creative Curriculum
- Experience using the TS GOLD assessment system
