Renew Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join our clinician-led team at Redlands Community Hospital in Redlands, California.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Anticipated total annual compensation: ~$550,000/year 1099 independent contractor model
- Schedule: 7p-7a (12-hour shifts), 7 days on / 7 days off rotation Built-in time off — no call, no weekends, no daytime shifts
- Dedicated 12-bed open ICU model Pulmonary consult service + outpatient clinic rotation (3 weeks inpatient / 1 week outpatient, flexible per group preference)

THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll serve as the attending physician running a tight, collaborative ICU where respiratory therapists handle the majority of intubations and airway management. Average patient load: 5–10 patients per day. You'll work alongside a dedicated NP carrying the patient list, allowing you to focus on critical decision-making and complex pulmonary consultation. This is real critical care medicine in a supportive, collegial environment.
The schedule is straightforward: 7 nights on, 7 nights completely off. No surprises. No unexpected call. Just pure, predictable night shift work with built-in recovery time.
