The 1st Impressions & Marketing Specialist is a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our clients and prospective clients as part of our Marketing Team. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to the little details that leave a lasting impression on everyone that encounters our brand.
Responsibilities
- Support Event team with logistical planning, attendee confirmation and event day operations.
- Support Client Experience efforts by assisting with planning & executing gifts and other deliverables throughout the client life cycle.
- Assist Marketing team to produce creative assets such as event invitations, presentation pieces, and follow-up communications.
- Participate in systematic follow-up sequences to nurture incoming prospect relationships.
- Review data for incoming prospects to ensure complete & accurate reporting.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and voice for communications.
- Partner with the Client Service team to provide exceptional experience for clients and prospects throughout their entire engagement with our firm.
- Assist with inbound and outbound communication via text & telephone.
- Facilitating a professional, welcoming atmosphere for in-person and digital meetings between our advisors and clients or prospects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, marketing, or digital marketing field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing field preferred.
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
