Family owned and operated, Pezz Lawn Care and Landscapes is looking for full-time Hardscaping Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality hardscaping/landscaping services to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties
- Performs hardscaping duties; laying pavers/block, digging, lifting (must be able to lift 50 pounds), laying base.
- Performing crew leader duties; managing equipment; leading crew members.
- Operates a variety of equipment including; hand tools, shovels, masonry saw, skid steer, other heavy machinery.
- Drive company vehicles & trailers in a responsible manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge on retaining walls, pavers, and construction required
