Bring your skills to the 2025 Kenworth Dealer of the Year! Kenworth Sales Co., a 38-location Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealership group is looking for a Truck Sales Coordinator to join the team in our Manassas, Virginia location.
Job Summary: The primary function of the Truck Sales Coordinator is to provide administrative and operational support to the General/District Manager, Truck Sales Managers, and Truck Sales staff, ensuring efficient processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination.
Salary Minimum and Maximum: $25 - $30 per hour DOE!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Coordinate and manage the truck sales process from order submission through delivery, utilizing Fusion and Arcadium systems.
- Inventory Tracking & Logistics: Maintain accurate records of the location and status of all new and used truck inventory, including units at the factory, vendor facilities, dealerships, and customer sites. Coordinate daily logistics activities.
- Documentation & Financial Processing: Review and process invoices, factory prebills, and related sales documentation. Generate and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), maintain organized records, and communicate order, billing, and financial status updates to sales staff and management.
- Vehicle Prep & Delivery: Oversee the preparation and readiness of trucks for delivery by coordinating activities across multiple departments, including Service, Body Shop, Parts, and Detail. Monitor delivery timelines, ensure all required inspections, repairs, modifications, and detailing are completed, and communicate status updates to sales staff to facilitate a seamless and timely delivery experience for customers.
- Registrations, Warranties & Programs: Manage the registration and processing of all truck titles, registrations, warranties, and connected vehicle services. Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines, maintain compliance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements, track warranty and program enrollment status, and communicate updates to sales staff and customers.
- Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly backlog, inventory, and sales activity reports to leadership and the sales team.
- Assist sales personnel throughout the truck sales closing process as needed.
- Follow and adhere to processes, procedures, and guidelines established by the General/District Manager and Office Manager to ensure the needs of the truck sales department are consistently met.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the overall success of the truck sales department.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and information.
- High School diploma or the equivalent.
- Knowledge of all types of new and used trucks and their components.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and large database management.
- Ability to accurately enter, maintain, retrieve, and analyze data across multiple software platforms while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with business software, dealership management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other tools used to support sales and administrative functions is preferred.
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This position involves both sedentary and physically demanding work.
- For part of the shift, s/he will work at a desk in an office setting, completing paperwork, and filing.
- For part of the shift, s/he will climb stairs, climb in and out of vehicles, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership to communicate with managers, employees and customers.
- Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes and a variety of other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis.
