Overview
In this role, you’ll manage conveyance files from start to finish, ensuring all inspections, property preservation work, and documentation meet HUD, investor, and internal requirements. You’ll play a key part in reviewing work orders, monitoring timelines, and supporting the timely and accurate conveyance of properties.
What You’ll Do
- Manage conveyance files, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met
- Issue and review work orders and bids for scope, quality, and compliance
- Track timelines to support timely conveyance and claims submission
- Review, approve, and submit work orders and invoices for payment
- Process field service invoices, including verification and coding
- Resolve invoice discrepancies by working directly with vendors
- Complete tasks in internal systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong working experience in conveyance, property preservation, or mortgage/default servicing
- Familiarity with HUD or investor requirements preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working with invoices and financial data
- Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
