JOB OPPORTUNITY: Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Albany, OR
Hours: up to 22 per week (up to approximately 88 per month)
Pay: $21.25/hour, with potential benefits
Schedule: Flexible weekday shifts
We are seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to provide essential support and assistance. This is a caregiving position. The ideal candidate will be honest, reliable, patient, compassionate, respectful, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
- Transferring and mobility assistance
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transportation and shopping
- Technology support for appointments or communication
- Medication management
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and pass a criminal background check
- Up to date (or willing to be) on flu, RSV, and COVID vaccinations including boosters
- Be able to bend, stoop, twist, and lift 20+ pounds
- Become credentialed as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) (this can take 6-8 weeks)
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
