Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic P&C Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while promoting and selling various insurance products.
This is not a hunter position as all leads are provided. Achievable on target earnings will put the agent above 100k 1st year and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Provide clients with information about different insurance products, including coverage options and benefits.
- Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Experience
- Property & Casualty license active in TX (have or obtain General Life license within 3 months of hire)
- 2+ years in insurance sales with track record of performance
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
