Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Pleasant Meadows Senior Living – Chrisman, IL

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who enjoys teamwork, values relationships, and wants to make a real impact.
We’re currently hiring for:
- 12 Hour shift Part-Time, Full- Time, PRN Day and Overnight shifts.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on nursing care that helps residents feel their best.
- Pass medications and carry out treatments with accuracy and care.
- Be a trusted resource and teammate for CNAs and fellow nurses.
- Share in the everyday moments that make Pleasant Meadows feel like home.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Current LPN license (Illinois)
- Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
- Proficiency with IV therapy, catheterization, and tube feeding
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner a plus)
- Experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living or Home Health preferred
