Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to make an impact at one of Hawai'i's leading publication companies? Oahu Publications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and champion our most important asset - our people.
The Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will oversee all employee functions including compensation, benefits, safety, training, employee services, and employee relations. You'll ensure compliance with state and federal mandates and manage labor relations matters, including contract negotiation.
What You'll Do
Coach managers on leadership, manage daily HR operations, coordinate employee activities, oversee personnel matters, and provide coaching and counseling to staff. You'll handle personnel transactions, W/C, FMLA, Sick and TDI leaves, and play a key role in contract negotiations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR Management experience
- Working knowledge of the six principal areas of HR
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
