We are seeking an experienced childcare teacher to join our team of awesome teachers, floats and teachers' assistants who will show the love of Christ to our preschoolers, aged 2 to 5.
We want people who love kids and enjoy spending time with them. We feel kids learn best through play and interactive learning experiences with their teachers and classmates, even very young children.
The teachers who care for preschoolers do a lot of positive discipline in the form of engaging kids with lots of learning and play activities and redirecting them, lots of positive interactions, diapering/pottying, snacking and playing. There is also a fair amount of cleaning and sanitizing that goes on into caring for young children. It is an active place to work and we are looking for energetic and hardworking ladies who love kids.
In addition to free childcare for 1 child and half off tuition for younger siblings, we offer 10 paid holidays a year as well as allowing our staff to accrue paid time off. We pay for required training as well.
The ideal candidate will have some of the following qualifications...
- 1-2 years of work experience in a licensed child care facility or educational setting
- clear background check and recent positive work references
- Strong love for the Lord and a desire to share that with kids
We are looking for a part time float or teacher assistant, primarily in the afternoons. Generally teachers assistants and floats work 2-6pm but some days could start earlier.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
