We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Customer Sales & Support
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone and email communication.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and send accurate customer quotations.
- Process customer orders, purchase orders, and quote requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor order status and help ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Product & Technical Support
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate fasteners and related products.
- Communicate product specifications, features, and options in a clear and understandable manner.
- Partner with purchasing and supply chain teams to support customer requirements and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills via phone and email.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related role.
- Experience working with industrial products, fasteners, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with order entry, quoting, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
