What You’ll Be Doing:
As our primary point of contact, you aren't just taking orders, you are building relationships and running the flow of the shop.
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and set realistic expectations.
- Translate vehicle issues into clear, easy-to-understand repair estimates.
- Communicate seamlessly between customers and technicians to keep the bays turning efficiently.
- Source parts through our parts department to ensure jobs stay on schedule.
- Deliver a transparent, non-pushy sales experience that leaves customers feeling confident and taken care of.
- Utilize our modern Tekmetric POS system to build clear, accurate repair estimates and send digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) directly to customers' phones.
- Leverage our advanced CRM as your daily tool to stay on top of customer follow-ups, maintain service histories, and build long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Dealership or Independent Shop).
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of general automotive maintenance and repair processes. (Experience with Tekmetric or similar modern shop management systems is a huge plus!)
- Communication: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to explain complex repairs in plain English.
- Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping shop workflow on track.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
