Job Summary
We are actively seeking motivated and skilled Framing Carpenters and Laborers to join our construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about building and construction, eager to contribute to high-quality projects across various sites. As a vital part of our crew, you will be engaged in framing, and performing essential carpentry tasks. We prioritize safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork to ensure successful project completion while fostering a positive work environment. All positions are paid, with opportunities for skill development.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing and support tasks including Wood Rough Framing, woodworking, trim carpentry, and wood framing with precision
- Operate equipment safely for site preparation, material handling, and demolition activities
Requirements
- Must have OSHA 10 card, your own hand tools (nail bags, speed square, chalk line, 25' tape minimum, cat's paw, & utility knife), all PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, work boots, jeans, hi-vis shirt/vest colors).
- Must have your own transportation,

- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a secure work environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and responsibilities
