10 Stars Property Management is hiring an experienced Home Remodeling Technician to join our growing maintenance and renovation team. This position focuses on residential remodeling, home renovations, property maintenance, and repair work for both vacant rental homes and tenant-occupied properties.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, drywall repair, flooring installation, carpentry, basic plumbing, light electrical work, painting, trim work, and general home repairs.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow into higher-level remodeling or lead technician roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall repair, patching, texture matching, and interior painting
- Install vinyl plank flooring, laminate flooring, and related materials
- Complete kitchen remodeling work, including cabinet installation, trim, and finish work
- Complete bathroom remodeling work, including fixture installation and repairs
- Repair and replace interior and exterior doors
- Install and repair baseboards, trim, and finish carpentry
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Complete light electrical repairs, including switches, outlets, lights, and fixtures
- Perform general handyman, maintenance, and home repair tasks
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Ensure all work meets professional residential construction and remodeling standards
Requirements
- Experience in residential remodeling, renovation, construction, or property maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of drywall, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Ability to troubleshoot repair issues and complete quality work independently
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and common construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor as needed
- Dependable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
