Responsibilities

- Handle custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-organized.
- Assist with facilities maintenance to support overall building operations.
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively for deep cleaning projects or specialized tasks.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards.
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any issues encountered for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods including buffing and polishing.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
