Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Max Tool is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our Danville, Virginia team! This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone and email with orders, pricing, product availability, and general questions
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers as needed
- Work closely with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts
- Help resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding orders and product availability
- Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, inside sales, or office experience preferred
- Industrial supply or tooling experience is a plus, but not required
