The Art Teacher is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive visual arts program for students in Junior Kindergarten through 8th grade. - Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment

Organize and support school-wide art events, exhibits, or showcases.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate art into cross-curricular projects.

Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate art curriculum aligned with school and diocesan standards.

Teach a variety of artistic techniques, media, and art history across grade levels.

Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.

Display student artwork throughout the school to celebrate creativity and achievement. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain accurate records of student performance and grades.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification).

Experience teaching elementary and/or middle school students preferred.
