Are you an organizer who loves powersports? We are looking for a Support Associate to maintain the organization of products in our service department.
This is what you'll do!
- Move and organize customer units between storage and active service bays.
- Maintain the store's professional appearance both inside and out.
- Assist service technician where needed.
- Work closely with and support sales staff during customer transactions.
Here's what you need!
- Must by at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to ride a ATV/UTV & Motorcycles
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to listen and understand customers' concerns, document problems with motorcycles, ATV's, side-by-sides and personal watercraft. and clearly describe them on the repair order
- Notify Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so customer can be immediately notified.
- Upsell additional services by discussing with customer current service specials as well as any additional work needed.
- Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness, ensuring customer is kept up to date at all times.
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership.
- Due to the needs of the company and customer, you may/will perform other position duties as designated by management
