Our Customer Service team plays a vital role in supporting patients and responsible parties by providing accurate information, answering questions, and assisting with account resolution.
Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle 50+ inbound and outbound calls daily through our dialer system
- Communicate with patients and responsible parties in both Spanish and English
- Provide clear, accurate answers to account inquiries and concerns
- De-escalate situations with patience and empathy
- Assist patients with setting up payment arrangements
- Document all account activity and correspondence in our system
- Multi-task across multiple systems while providing efficient service
Training & Schedule
- Training: 1 week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (attendance required)
- Work Shift:
- 3 days: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 2 days: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy and phone system experience (multi-line preferred)
- Must have personal equipment: 2 monitors, headset, keyboard, mouse, and webcam
