POSITION OVERVIEW
Trilipiderm is a dermatologist-grade, plant-based luxury skincare brand headquartered in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate Intern to support our operations team with inventory management, order fulfillment, and product handling. This is a paid, structured internship with hands-on learning and potential for permanent hire upon successful completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming product shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for DTC, wholesale, and hospitality channels
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Label and sort products according to SKU and channel requirements
- Support warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
- Assist with production prep, kitting, and amenity assembly
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with operations and fulfillment team members on daily tasks
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
Required Qualifications
- Age 18–24 years old
- Must reside in Wyoming
- Currently enrolled in a High School or college/university program
- Eligible to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Ability to work in a warehouse/storage environment

INTERNSHIP DETAILS
Duration: 12 weeks
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
Location: Jackson Hole, Wyoming (on-site)
Future Opportunity: Strong performers will be considered for permanent employment
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
