- Monday–Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation
- $14.00 per hour base pay
- Commission structure that typically brings monthly earnings to $3,000–$4,000 (based on performance and appointments set)
- Performance bonuses available

Our Inside Sales team plays a key role in helping homeowners connect with our consultants and move forward confidently with their home improvement projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners who have requested information about windows, doors, and siding
- Answer inbound calls and respond to text message inquiries
- Schedule qualified in-home appointments for our sales consultants
- Follow up with previous leads and re-engage homeowners who have expressed interest
- Update customer information and notes in Builder Prime
- Meet daily and monthly appointment-setting goals while providing excellent customer service
Preferred / Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Required: Sales, call center, or customer service experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, goal-driven mindset, and ability to follow processes
