Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience making authentic Italian New York-style pizza.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, hand-stretching, topping, and baking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
