Resorts at Chester River Manor is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Dietary Aide to join our dietary team. The Dietary Aide plays an important role in providing quality meal service to our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and food service according to facility standards.
Prepare dining rooms and resident meal trays.
Deliver meals and beverages to residents in a timely manner.
Assist residents during meal service as needed.
Follow sanitation, safety, and infection control procedures.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Clean and sanitize food preparation and dining areas.
Store food and supplies properly.
Work cooperatively with dietary staff, nursing staff, and other departments.
Follow all federal, state, and facility dietary regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous food service experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds.
Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Must be able to pass required background screening.
