Line Cook / Prep Cook
We are looking for the next addition to our kitchen team. Located in North Downtown Omaha, Hook and Lime is a modern Mexican restaurant serving up gourmet tacos and tortas (and a lot more) from a scratch kitchen.
Paid Training, Competitive Pay, Free Meals. Three regular shifts available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7AM - Approximately 3PM
- Line Cook experience is desired but not required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Bilingual applicants preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Maintaining proper hygeine standards
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

Cocinero de línea / Cocinero de preparación. Buscamos la próxima incorporación a nuestro equipo de cocina. Ubicado en la zona norte del centro de Omaha, Hook and Lime es un restaurante mexicano moderno que ofrece tacos y tortas gourmet (entre muchas otras cosas) elaborados desde cero.
Capacitación remunerada, salario competitivo y comidas gratuitas. Hay tres turnos regulares disponibles: martes, miércoles y jueves, de 7:00 a. m. a aproximadamente las 3:00 p. m.
- Se desea experiencia como cocinero de línea, pero no es obligatoria.
- Debe ser capaz de levantar 50 libras.
- Se dará preferencia a los candidatos bilingües.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
