X3 is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for a long-term project at a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Taylor, TX. If you're a licensed Texas Journeyman Electrician with leadership experience, this is an opportunity to lead a crew on a high-profile commercial project.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a crew of electricians and installers
- Coordinate daily work, manpower, and production schedules
- Route and terminate CAT5 cable for wireless devices in overhead cable tray systems
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications
- Perform quality checks and assist with troubleshooting when needed
What You'll Do:
- Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (TDLR) required
- Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience
- Experience with CAT5 cable installation and terminations
- Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 required
