We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Aesthetic Nurse / Aesthetic Provider to join our growing physician-led luxury medical spa in Silicon Valley.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetics and experienced in both injectable and device-based treatments. We are looking for a team member who can confidently perform consultations, deliver exceptional patient care, and provide advanced aesthetic procedures in a high-end clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations and customized treatment planning
- Administer neurotoxins, fillers, and biostimulators
- Perform laser treatments including skin rejuvenation and resurfacing
- Perform Ultherapy and RF microneedling treatments
- Educate patients on treatment options and post-care instructions
- Take before-and-after photos and maintain accurate charting
- Build strong patient relationships through outstanding service and natural results
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver a luxury patient experience
Qualifications
- Active California RN, NP, or PA license
- Previous aesthetic experience strongly preferred
- Experience with:
- Injectables (Botox/Daxxify/fillers)
- Laser devices
- Ultherapy
- RF Microneedling (Vivace or similar)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end aesthetic practice
- Sales confidence and consultation experience are a plus

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
