Position Summary
DeltaStrac seeks an experienced Project Manager / Lead Systems Administrator to support AFMEDCOM's DMLSS-AIS/LogiCole-AIS Support Services contract. The incumbent provides technical leadership, enterprise system administration, project management, and customer support for Air Force Medical Service medical logistics information systems. This role leads Hub #1 (CONUS East/South), supporting seven Host Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and twenty-one Client MTFs across the Eastern and Southern United States, plus Hawaii and Alaska. The position is primarily remote with periodic travel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead contract execution and serve as the primary interface with AFMEDCOM.
· Administer and maintain DMLSS-AIS and LogiCole-AIS.
· Provide Tier II/III functional and technical support.
· Manage user accounts, security roles, configurations, and system performance.
· Support software upgrades, testing, and deployments.
· Maintain data integrity and resolve system issues.
· Support medical supply, equipment, warehouse, and WRM assemblage management.
· Generate Business Case Studies, Readiness Assessments, and executive reports.
· Support DLA Troop Support Prime Vendor and financial interfaces.
· Develop SOPs, training materials, and conduct end-user training.
· Brief Government leadership and support enterprise modernization.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR 10 years of Air Force medical logistics experience.
· Minimum 4 years hands-on DMLSS-AIS administration.
· Experience with LogiCole-AIS, AF medical logistics, DLA Prime Vendor, BCS/R&A reporting, and AF policies.
· Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Work Environment
· Primary Work Location: Remote (Telework)

· Travel: Approximately 10–25% or as directed by the Government
Pay: $109,845.52 - $132,287.08 per year
