Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow territory sales of olive oil products
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with retail clients, restaurants, and distributors through regular visits and excellent customer service
- Conduct route driving efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and product merchandising at client locations
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage pricing negotiations, discounts, and promotional offers to meet sales targets while maintaining profitability
- Perform heavy lifting during product stocking, setup, and merchandising at various client sites
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules using organizational tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or route driving within food or beverage industries is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present product information and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math for order calculations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and inventory efficiently

Pay: $10,000.00 - $84,699.90 per year
