The Financial Management Division of Phoenix Municipal Court currently has an opening for an Account Clerk III position in the General Ledger Reconciliation & Audit section. This work group is responsible for the recording of the Daily Court Revenues, the Audit of the Daily Bond Window, the timely recording of Self-Post Bails received from the County, the recording of Daily Parking Revenues received from Treasury, the processing and recording of Chargebacks, and the processing of Non-Sufficient Fund notices received from Finance.
