POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Plans, directs, and coordinates nursing care in terms of individual needs of the residents in accordance with physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing techniques and procedures.
MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of Accredited High School or GED Program and graduate from an accredited professional school of nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
License: Current Georgia License with annual renewal / Registered Nurse.
Experience: Preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS:

Ability to think and work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions; to move, sit, stand, and walk and bend intermittently throughout the day, lift and / or move up to 100 pounds.

Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these sources to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.

Use of mechanical and technical equipment required for the responsibilities assigned.
