Business Development Representative (B2B Sales)

Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000 + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $90,000-$170,000+

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing business owners to marketing solutions that help them grow.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new business through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and in-person meetings.
- Building genuine relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conducting discovery conversations to understand business challenges and opportunities.
- Presenting Unknown Media House’s marketing partnership solutions using our proven sales process.
- Managing your pipeline from first conversation through signed agreement.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborating with leadership and our marketing team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Representing Unknown Media House professionally throughout your territory and local business community.

Required Qualifications
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Marketing, advertising, media, or consultative sales experience.
- Existing network within local business communities.
- Experience selling solutions instead of products.
Marketing experience isn’t required, but a genuine interest in business, marketing, and helping companies grow is expected. We’ll teach you our systems—the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Compensation
- $40,000-$50,000 base salary
- Uncapped accelerating commission
- Renewal commissions on retained clients
- On-target earnings of $90,000-$170,000+
- No earning ceiling
