Description:
The Membership Relations & Communications Manager is responsible for providing a high level of service to Member-Residents through Member onboarding, coordination of communication to the Community, assistance in the residential experience, and support of day-to-day operations of the Club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
General
1. Interacts with Members by telephone, email, and in person.
2. Listens to Members' questions and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Investigate and resolve Member complaints quickly and efficiently or redirect to the appropriate staff member.
Membership/HOA Administration
4. Meets personally with each Club Member and instills confidence that the Club is operated in the best interests of the membership.
5. Conducts tours for prospective Members.
6. Is the caretaker for the Club’s orientation program for new Members.
7. Initiates proper administration of the new homeowners' memberships; ensures that applications are completely and properly filled out, established procedures for processing Members' applications are consistently followed, transfer fees are collected, and that new Members understand the privileges and costs of becoming a Member.
8. Processes all guest and lessee information and applications, and sets up all access to the Community, including Club privileges.
9. Processes all requests for and transfers of membership through interaction with sales agents, attorneys, and title companies on behalf of buyers and sellers.
10. Processes Member resignations, develops reports and undertakes special projects as applicable if membership retention problems arise.
Communications
11. Ensures that all elements of the communications strategy are consistently applied and executed.
12. Maintains the Club's databases of Members' files, including the Member roster and online Member directory, maintaining the confidentiality of all information.
13. Coordinates the Club’s communication dissemination between the Club Management team and website administrator.
14. Coordinates content on the Club's website with the website administrator, ensuring up-to-date content with an eye toward continuous improvement.
15. Manages the Club’s social media and Club promotional materials.
16. Maintains an archive of Club documents and historical information.
17. Edits and prepares publications consistent with the Club's editorial style standards and guidelines.
18. Responsible for enforcing the Club's graphics standards, logo, and visual identity brand.
Other general duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Package, Adobe and graphics software; Experience in a similar position a plus; Familiarity with database management software (Club currently uses Jonas)
