Trinity Design/Build is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, a great communicator, loves working with people, loves to solve problems, is highly organized, and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. A Project Manager is responsible for managing each project as if it were his/her own home and money. The PM is the point person and team leader for their projects, ensuring the Site Supervisor, subcontractors, and everyone involved in the project has the information and resources they need when they need them. The Project Manager is also the primary point of contact for clients, proactively communicating with the client, and building a long-lasting relationship through trust and transparency. JOB DESCRIPTION
● Represent Trinity Design Build’s mission and values in all interactions
● Manages a project from pre-construction through punch list
● Maintains consistent communication with clients throughout project
● Prepare contracts with clients and agreements with subcontractors
● Lead weekly project meeting with Site Supervisor
● Responsible for managing the financials of the project (including budgets, ordering materials, invoices, and change orders)
● Become a key team member participating in the success of the team as a whole
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum 2 years Construction Project Management experience preferred
● High degree of ground up construction knowledge
● Desire to learn, grow, and constantly improve
● Great communication skills
● Great leadership and critical thinking skills
● Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel/Google Sheets
● Understanding of cost impacts and ability to understand financial reports
● Possess professionalism to represent the company well

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
