Lynn Floyd Architectural Millwork, part of the Reichert Woodworks family of companies, is a prestigious architectural millwork shop specializing in custom mouldings, radius millwork, doors and windows. We utilize cutting edge technology, including CAD, Weinig moulders and CNC’s, to manufacture beautiful millwork for high-end custom builders and remodelers. As a teaching and learning shop, we enjoy continual improvement and specialize in complex projects that challenge even seasoned woodworkers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Dedicated, hard worker and attentive learner with passion for woodworking
- Moulder and CNC experience preferred, but not required
- At least 2 years of woodworking or carpentry experience
- Integrity of character and pride in doing a beautiful job right the first time
- Attention to detail and proficient in carpentry math (tape measure, fractions, etc.)
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Operate moulders, saws & CNCs, and craft radius jambs & millwork
- Learn to grind profile knives and set up sophisticated machinery
- Identify, select and handle hardwood species for each custom project
- Learn advanced lean manufacturing, working efficiently to produce fine products
- Be an important and valued part of a winning team
