Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant (LCSW / LMHC / LCAC / HSPP)
Full-Time | Integrated Primary Care | Indianapolis Area
A community health organization in the Indianapolis area is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Consultant to join an integrated care team providing mental health and substance use treatment to patients across the lifespan.
This role works directly with primary care providers in a team-based care model, supporting patients through behavioral health assessments, therapy, and care coordination.
What You'll Do
- Provide behavioral health assessments and psychotherapy
- Conduct risk assessments and psychological evaluations
- Work closely with medical providers through warm handoffs
- Develop treatment plans using evidence-based therapies such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing
- Coordinate care and referrals when needed
- Complete clinical documentation and participate in team collaboration
Qualifications
- Licensed in Indiana as LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, or HSPP
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Addiction Counseling, or Psychology
- At least two years of outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
- Experience in integrated care or community health settings is a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
