We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Assistant to join our growing office team.
Our office supports multiple family-owned companies including restaurants, agriculture, and retail operations in Kern County. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, administrative support, paperwork management, and helping operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and willing to grow with our company long term.
Responsibilities:
- Filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork
- Assisting with office administrative tasks and daily operations
- Preparing binders, forms, packets, and employee paperwork
- Data entry and document uploads
- Assisting with payroll and accounting support tasks
- Helping organize invoices, vendor paperwork, and office records
- Office supply organization and inventory
- Assisting with scheduling, errands, and operational support
- Supporting the office team with day-to-day administrative needs
- Maintaining organization in both physical and digital files
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with computers and learning software systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, or spreadsheets is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
