Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer and Flooring Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Engage with customers to identify their renovation goals, flooring preferences, and design aspirations through active listening and insightful communication.
- Utilize Cyncly 2020 design tools to create detailed layout plans and visual presentations that help clients visualize their projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations of flooring options, cabinetry styles, lighting fixtures, and remodeling fixtures to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Provide expert advice on renovation processes, construction materials, maintenance requirements, and fixture selections to guide clients through their remodeling journey.
- Upsell premium products and complementary services by highlighting value-added features, enhancing overall project scope and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, project timelines, and service packages to close deals confidently while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up communication, and ongoing support throughout the remodeling process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the renovation or construction industry; familiarity with high-end sales is a plus.
- Technical proficiency with Cyncly 2020design software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of flooring materials, cabinetry design, remodeling processes, and fixture sales.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are advantageous.
- Experience with layout design, interior design principles, construction sales, and client communication strategies.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to pricing, measurements, and project estimates accurately.
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, product demos, client appointments, and project follow-ups efficiently.
- Construction experience or familiarity with renovation workflows enhances your ability to advise clients effectively.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on relationship building and deal closing; cash handling experience is beneficial.
