Position Summary
We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman who enjoys leading from the front, working with their hands, takes pride in great work, and knows how to keep a crew motivated and on-track. In this role, you’ll oversee projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final walkthrough, making sure everything is built right, on time, and with Copper Creek quality.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a small crew of 1–4 landscape construction team members
- Bring landscape designs to life by installing projects according to plans and bids
- Coordinate with the Design Team, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, including scheduling and materials
- Train and mentor crew members on craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety
- Perform quality checks to make sure work meets design specs and Copper Creek standards
- Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and answering questions
- Maintain a safe, organized job site and follow all company safety policies

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in landscape construction or maintenance (1+ years of crew management experience preferred)
- A confident, positive leader who knows how to motivate a team
- Strong understanding of landscape installation methods and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
- Solid communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and personal responsibility
- Valid driver’s license with at least three years of clean driving history, and Age 21+
Offers of employment are contingent on successfully completing a background check and pre-employment drug screening. This is a safety sensitive position, pre-employment drug screening will include testing for cannabis.
Full Time, Seasonal Position (Typically Mid-February through Early December, Weather Depending)
Pay Range for all staff of all tenures in this position is $25.00 to 30.00 per hour
