Have your Class A CDL and 120+ hours of truck driving school under your belt? We'll pair you with a personal trainer for 4 to 6 weeks of hands-on evaluation on real routes. You earn $650 a week the entire time, and you don't go solo until your trainer signs off.
Training covers:

Safe operation of a Class A tractor-trailer on live routes

Pre-trip and post-trip inspections done right

Dispatch communication and company procedures
The job:

Haul dry van freight, mainly east of I-35
-
Bi-weekly home time
-
Full DOT compliance, strong on-time delivery numbers

Accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip paperwork

Thorough pre/post-trip inspections
-
Clear communication with dispatch and customers
Pay and benefits:

$650 a week during training

$1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months

$1,400 to $1,800 average weekly pay once established

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

120+ hours of CDL school

21 years or older
