Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Bilingual Dental Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our vibrant dental team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your energetic approach will help coordinate patient appointments, manage medical and dental records, verify insurance coverage, and facilitate efficient office operations. Your bilingual skills are essential for providing exceptional service to our diverse patient population, ensuring clear communication at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, assist with check-in, and ensure a positive experience
- Handle appointments efficiently using Dentrix or similar dental software
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Assist with treatment plans and provide information about dental procedures
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and patient confidentiality
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix or similar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient-focused attitude and passion for service
Compensation
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
