Established Farmers Insurance agency serving Phenix City seeks a motivated producer to join our award-winning team in a flexible, growth-focused role.

YOUR ROLE:
- Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Process policies, renewals, and claims efficiently
- Support agency growth goals and team collaboration
REQUIREMENTS:
- P&C insurance license strongly desired (or commitment to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Customer service orientation
- Professional, ethical approach to client relationships
PREFERRED:
- Insurance industry experience
- Familiarity with agency management systems
- Local community connections
