Remodeling Concepts is a home improvement company specializing in windows, siding, roofing, doors, gutters, and insulation. We are currently rebranding and preparing for massive growth. We're hiring a driven, phone - confident appointment setter to join our remote sales team. You'll be the first voice homeowners hear - your job is to spark interest, overcome objections, and book qualified in-home consultations for our sales reps. We are dedicated to growth and need a qualified person to help us get there.
PHONE & OUTREACH DUTIES
- Make and receive high volume of inbound / outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads across assigned territories
- Confidently deliver a scripted opening and adapt the conversation based on homeowner responses
- Handle common objections professionally and persistently without becoming confrontational
- Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations with our project consultants
- Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows
- Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in our CRM system
SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY OUTREACH
- Participate in local Facebook community groups and neighborhood platforms (Nextdoor, etc.) to generate organic interest and referral leads
- Share promotions, before/after project content, and company updates across social channels on behalf of the brand
- Identify homeowners in online communities who are actively discussing home improvement needs
ROLE LOGISTICS & EXPECTATIONS
- Work business hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, or 11am-7 pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 11 am - 4pm and Saturday 9 am - 12 pm. There will be split shifts so you are not working 8-7
- Use your own computer and cell phone, with a quiet, professional home office setup and reliable high-speed internet
- Meet weekly call volume and appointment-set targets as defined by management
- Participate in regular coaching sessions, team check-ins, and performance reviews
- Represent Remodeling Concepts with professionalism, energy, and a customer-first attitude on every call
What we're looking for
- 1 - 3 years of outbound phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
- Comfortable making 40 - 60+ outbound dials per day in a structured environment
- Clear, confident, and personable on the phone
- Coachable and receptive to feedback; willing to learn and continuously improve
- Positive, resilient attitude - you don't let rejection derail your focus
- Comfortable with basic social media platforms (Facebook, Nextdoor) for outreach purposes
- Home improvement or construction industry experience is a plus - not required
- Your own reliable computer, cell phone, headset, and high-speed internet
What we offer
- $14 hr base salary with bonus opportunity tied to appointment volume, show rate, and sales would hit $55,000 - $62,000 first year.
